Hi Jack - jerseys will be provided on game day, just make sure you have shorts with no pockets and you should invest in some cleats if you haven't already. If you have your own football you can bring it but not needed.
In terms of meeting up and practice, it depends on your team, some teams practice while others don't

Hey everyone,
This is me and my friend's first year competing with ASSC. Communication with the org regarding scheduling and additional info has been sparse. If anyone has competed in a league here prior, I'm wondering if it's customary for a team to meet before the first game, or to schedule practices, or whether there's an equipment we'd be best off supplying ourselves with before the game. I'd imagine cleats at least will come in handy, for flag football. Anythinge lse? Jerseys, balls, etc.?
Any other intro info you can set us off with I'd appreciate it. I've gotten ahold of ASSC for this info but they have not been particularly forthcoming.
